CuFeng (ToSpike) is dedicated to carbon-based interface engineering. We leverage deep understanding of sp³–sp² hybrid bonding mechanisms to build a complete technology chain from atomic-level active fusion bonding to high-dimensional carbon-based composite platforms.
We do not merely produce superabrasive tools (Diamond/CBN); we are committed to providing solutions for heat dissipation, structural strength, and electromagnetic protection in semiconductor manufacturing, aerospace, AI computing, and new energy systems, among other cutting-edge fields.
The company has over a decade of technical accumulation in vacuum interface metallurgy, active fusion bonding, and engineering applications. Through microscopic control of the active fusion bonding process, we have overcome processing bottlenecks for cast metals, carbon fiber composites (CFRP), and hard brittle materials in extreme manufacturing, providing vertical integration solutions from custom tools to frontier functional materials.
We adhere to the "new technology, new peak" evolution path. By migrating superabrasive tool design principles to high-performance thermal management, CuFeng is achieving strategic elevation from "precision machining tools" to "high-performance functional material platform."
Through endogenous stress regulation based on sp³–sp² chemical bonding, we have achieved a material breakthrough with thermal conductivity ≥ 680 W/m·K, and continue to explore the infinite possibilities of carbon-based structures in superconductivity, unconventional transport, and quantum physics frontiers.
