Since 2023, the company has continued in-depth development in the superabrasive tools field and achieved another breakthrough. In 2024, targeting high-precision medical devices and industrial precision machining needs, we successfully developed high-strength dental burs and active fusion-bonded CBN (cubic boron nitride) wheel series.
Through optimized active brazing formulations and vacuum active fusion-bonding processes, we achieved atomic-level chemical bonding between abrasive grains and the matrix. Comparative tests show that the grain drop rate of this tool series during high-speed machining is extremely low, with service life exceeding 3× that of traditional electroplated tools.
This technology not only solves the efficiency challenges of high-strength material machining, but also wins opportunities for the company's promotion in the precision manufacturing field.
